Miss Universe peek: Swimsuits and body paint – From Inside the Box …

Miss Universe is putting a spin on the tired old swimsuit shoot.

The contenders suited up but also became painted ladies when photographer Fadil Berisha thought to cover them with bright body paint.

Watch as Jos Brands and his team takes brush to flesh to create colorful, sometimes exotic or tropical designs on the women. Oh yes, and there’s finger painting too. It’s not a bad idea to get into the makeup business, right?

We’re intrigued by the ladies who don’t have full swimsuits on, like the contestant who has sort of a sari sash painted across her upper torso and her hand.

So far, we’re digging these fun behind-the-scenes videos, but really, can’t they find better music?
