How can I make the lens on my sunglasses darker?

I love the frame of my sunglasses, but I **** how the lens AREN’T dark enough. Is there a way I can darken the lens? Like is there a place I can get the light lens replaced with darker lens?

    I am pretty sure there is a dye that any optometric shop can apply to your sunglasses. Check with an optical shop.

    If they are high quality sunglasses, don’t even try to coat the lenses with anything as you may damage the various coatings that are on the lenses, such as UV protection, dirt/dust/oil repellants/polarisation etc.

    If they are cheap sunglasses, just get another pair as the material the lenses are made of may not cope with additional substances being painted on.

    If you love the frames, get the lenses replaced at the opticians although this may not be any cheaper than buying new ones as the lenses may have to made specifically.

    just go to the optical or where you buy those sunglasses, they will replace them with new lenses that you want.
