Help with back to school fashion!!!?

So I am wanting some high-wasted type skirts for eighth grade. I am going for the kind of preppy look, like Anne Taylor Loft/J.Crew. The problem is, I can’t afford their skirts for this look. Anyone know of any stores I can look at that have high wasted, long preppy skirts cheap? I would prefer a store more than a website to order from.
