Getting rid of bathing suit stains?

What can I do to get a stain out of a green bathing suit? It’s stained from one of those popsicles that’s shaped like a cartoon character with gumball eyes (it was Spiderman, he was delicious). Part of it fell off the stick and landed on my bathing suit, leaving a reddish-purple stain.I’ve tried two stain sticks and am about to try OxyClean, but I suppose the reason it’s harder to get out is because it’s bathing suit fabric. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
